使用協議
1. 帳戶與權限
你需要使用有效 Email 或 Google 帳戶註冊。你必須自行保管登入資料，並確保提交資料真實、準確。Aulyn Studio 可按角色開放或限制不同功能，包括普通用戶工作區、Hermès 對話、網站內容管理及管理員權限。
2. 可接受使用
你不得利用本服務進行非法、侵權、欺詐、濫發訊息、攻擊系統、未授權存取、惡意自動化或任何可能干擾服務運作嘅行為。管理員可暫停、限制或終止違規帳戶。
3. 內容與 AI 輸出
你提交嘅文字、圖片、指令或其他內容仍屬於你或原權利人。本服務可能使用 AI 生成回覆、分析或建議；AI 輸出可能不完整或有誤，不應被視為法律、醫療、財務或投資專業意見。你需要自行判斷及承擔使用結果。
4. 個人資料及私隱
我們會收集註冊及登入所需資料，例如名稱、Email、Google 頭像、登入狀態、角色、基本使用紀錄及你主動上傳嘅內容。資料用途包括帳戶管理、權限控制、提供服務、安全審計、故障排查及改善產品。
資料可能由我們、Firebase/Google、網站寄存或其他必要服務供應商處理。部分服務供應商或伺服器可能位於香港以外。你可要求查閱或更正個人資料，請電郵至 siumiu1968@gmail.com。
5. 保安與資料保留
我們會採取合理技術及管理措施保護帳戶及資料。你上傳到 Hermes 對話嘅圖片預設會作短期用途，通常約一個月後清理；營運、安全及法定需要嘅紀錄可能保留較長時間。
6. 服務變更及終止
本服務仍可能持續改動。Aulyn Studio 可更新功能、暫停服務、修改條款或終止高風險帳戶。重大變更會盡合理努力以網站或後台通知。
7. 香港法律
本協議受香港特別行政區法律管轄。與個人資料有關嘅處理會參考《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）及個人資料私隱專員公署相關指引。

Terms of Use
1. Account and access
You must register with a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for keeping your account information accurate. Aulyn Studio may enable or restrict features based on your role, including personal workspace access, Hermes chat, website content management and administrator functions.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, spam, system attack, unauthorised access, malicious automation or other activity that may disrupt the service. Administrators may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
3. Content and AI output
Your text, images, prompts and other submitted content remain owned by you or the relevant rights holder. The service may use AI to generate replies, analysis or suggestions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial or investment professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and use of the output.
4. Personal data and privacy
We collect data needed for registration and sign-in, such as name, email address, Google profile photo, session state, role, basic usage records and content you choose to upload. We use this data for account administration, access control, service delivery, security auditing, troubleshooting and product improvement.
Data may be processed by us, Firebase/Google, hosting providers and other necessary service providers. Some service providers or servers may be located outside Hong Kong. You may request access to or correction of your personal data by emailing siumiu1968@gmail.com.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect accounts and data. Images uploaded to Hermes chat are intended for temporary use and are normally cleaned up after about one month. Operational, security and legally required records may be retained for longer.
6. Changes and termination
The service may continue to change. Aulyn Studio may update features, suspend service, amend these terms or terminate high-risk accounts. We will use reasonable efforts to notify material changes on the website or console.
7. Hong Kong law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Personal data handling is prepared with reference to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and guidance from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
